• Account information. If you sign in with Google to upload photos, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Content you submit. Photos, titles, descriptions, categories, locations, comments and votes you post on the site.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, photo view counts, and technical information such as browser type, device and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage and show ads (see below).

2. How we use your information

• To operate the site, including sign-in, uploads, comments, votes and view counts.
• To keep the community safe, prevent spam and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To display advertising that helps cover running costs.

Please do not post personal information you do not want to be public, and avoid including people's faces, private addresses or other identifying details in your photos.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the site.

7. Data retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as your account or content remains on the site, or as needed to operate it and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information or uploaded content at any time by emailing chicksandcockssg@gmail.com. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

8. Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Singapore PDPA and international visitors

We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your information may be processed on servers outside Singapore by our service providers. By using the site you consent to such transfers.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
